Accessibility statement
Public-sector and major-events buyers ask about this, and they should. Here is what we build to, how it is tested, and where we know we are not there yet.
What we build to
WCAG 2.1 level AA, in both the product and this website. Keyboard navigable throughout, a visible focus indicator on every interactive element, every form field labelled, contrast tested rather than assumed, and prefers-reduced-motion honoured — the one animation on this site stops when you ask it to.
Where we know we are not there yet
This site has not been through a third-party audit. The diagrams on the home and product pages are inline SVG and each carries a text description of what it shows, but we have only checked those ourselves — we would rather have them confirmed by somebody who uses a screen reader daily than assert that they read well.
How this is tested
Keyboard-only passes on every page, automated checks in the build, and manual checks with a screen reader on the pages that carry the form. Nothing on this site depends on colour alone to convey meaning, and the whole site works with a stylesheet that fails to load.
Telling us about a barrier
Email us and describe what you hit — the page, what you were using, and what happened. We will reply within one business day, tell you honestly whether it is a quick fix, and say when it will be fixed if it is not.
