Load-out

Getting material back out of a venue and onto a vehicle at the end of an event.

Why it matters operationally

The constraint is the same as load-in and the pressure is higher, because the venue usually wants the space back on a fixed hour. Anything not accounted for at load-out becomes either a loss or a dispute.
