Snagging list

The running list of defects and unfinished work found during and after a build, each with an owner.

Why it matters operationally

No build finishes clean. The snagging list is what stops the last five per cent — the missing signage, the damaged panel, the cabin without power — from being discovered by the public. Its usefulness depends entirely on every item having a name against it, which is the part that decays fastest when it lives in a group chat.
